These Terms govern access to MContentPlaner. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for workspace access and activity performed through your account.
Authorized channel use
You may connect and operate only social profiles that you own or are authorized to manage. You must follow the terms, developer policies, content rules and technical limits of each connected platform.
Content and publication
You retain responsibility for content you upload, generate, approve, schedule or publish. You must ensure that content is lawful and that you hold the required rights, permissions and disclosures. MContentPlaner does not guarantee approval, reach, engagement or availability on third-party platforms.
Permitted use
You may not use the service to violate law, impersonate others, distribute harmful content, bypass platform controls, access accounts without authorization or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Third-party services
Connected social networks and other providers operate under their own terms and may change or restrict their interfaces. MContentPlaner is not responsible for third-party outages, enforcement decisions or content moderation.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue service features. We aim to provide reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Termination
Users may stop using the service and disconnect channels. Access may be suspended for security risks, misuse, non-payment where applicable or violation of these Terms.
